FAQ

Common questions from clinics.

What providers most often ask before adding a 4th State Fusion device to their practice.

Who can purchase and operate 4th State Fusion devices?

Our devices are sold to licensed providers, clinics, and med spas. Operators must complete our provider training and use the devices in accordance with local scope-of-practice laws and manufacturer training.

Is the technology protected by patents?

Yes. Two 4th State Fusion devices are currently patent pending, and a third device patent application is in preparation. We continue to file and develop intellectual property around the platform.

Do you publish pricing?

No. Pricing is provided directly to qualified clinics after a short discovery conversation so we can match the right configuration and training to your practice.
